Positive: The hotel was relatively new, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and covered all of the basics.
Negative: We specifically ordered a kitchenette. We got one, but it was not properly supplied with larger pots, glasses (i.e. wine or juice) or decent cutting knives. The coffee mugs were mismatched. There were no tea towels or drying towels. Sponges were supplied- but we don't consider them very sanitary as we don't know when they get cleaned or replaced. We also wanted a hot tub as we were skiing for the week and were looking forward to a hot tub when we got back to the hotel. The jets in the hot tub were not working properly- so it felt more like a warm bath. This is not what we expected. We mentioned this to staff on several occasions, but there was no change over the 5 days we were there. Very disappointed.
