Positive: Staff was very friendly! It smelt awful like pot I didn't feel safe with my 13 year old by myself with all the activity outside! We had no water and never had a clean towel!

Positive: Convenient area and close to everything. The price is great also.
Negative: There is never anyone working the front desk in the evenings. You are always having to wait for them to show back up. Would like to have extra blankets left in the rooms.

Positive: I liked the room, beds, and pool.
Negative: I didn't like that the hallway smelled like Marijuana. I had my 15 year old daughter with me, and the smell bothered the both of us. I also didn't like the breakfast and the breakfast policy. The breakfast wasn't good. We ate the breakfast that one day and just went out to eat breakfast the remainder of our stay. The guests were told they couldn't take their breakfast to their rooms. They have that policy posted at the front desk and in the dining area. They replace your towels every three days unless you go downstairs to exchange your dirty towels for clean towels; even then, they didn't have enough towels to give out. At checkout, the employee at the front desk asked a family to complete a review of their stay and asked to see it before they left the hotel. My stay wasn't terrible, but I definitely would not book this hotel ever again.

Positive: Breakfast needs a meat no bacon no ham no steak no burrito no meat is insane only giving me 3 pillows to sleep 4 is ridiculous asking g over n over for a pillow towels etc it's like pulling teeth to ger a pillow all after changing rooms cus the first suite waa so dirty

Positive: Our room was spectacular so that is where we stayed. We booked this hotel because it offered a hot tub and sauna which were both closed due to maintenance. The lobby's bathroom was locked at all times and had to get a special key from the desk for each use. There were sketchy people coming and going...it did not feel safe. I was surprised because this was a Wyndham hotel.
Negative: breakfast was mainly breads, hot tub was closed

Positive: That I could let my kids and few of there friends come and enjoy the pool without anyone saying anything.would stay again for sure.
Negative: Nothing to complain about would recommend to someone with kid's most motels bother u my kids even had few friends come swim for a while too staff was great
