Summary: The room was gross, mold on the bathroom ceiling, gunk all over the bathroom floor, mildew on the shower basin. The room smelled like weed. The kitchen was closed, so no breakfast. They said they notified hotels.com but that didn’t happen. The gym and pool were also closed as well as the ice machines. They also closed off the dining area to people who wanted to bring in food so you had to eat in your room. Every time I went to the counter to get pre packed mini ice bags, the front desk was closed. When they were there, they were very unfriendly. Our queen size beds had king mattress protectors so the sheets fit awkwardly- every time we rolled over the sheets popped off. I have stayed here six times in the past two yrs but it has gotten worse and worse and I won’t do it again.

Summary: Check in employee was helpful and pleasant. Disappointed at lack of any sort of breakfast, despite this being advertised on their site when reservation was made. At a minimum could have offered a basic "bag to go" Floor of bathroom could have been cleaner.

Summary: I’d read a lot of reviews before booking and knew feedback was mixed, but we took a chance and stayed anyway. Unfortunately the poor reviews weren’t wrong. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was actually pretty comfy, but the overall state of the property was pretty bad. The hallways, elevator, and our room smelled of mold and mildew. Second and third floors were missing ice and vending. Lots of dirt and grime everywhere. When we checked in, the mirrors in our room were covered in a strange film making it hard to see through. Sheets and pillows seemed clean, but the carpets and floors were stained and had crumbs and dirt. Parking lot was overgrown with weeds. The pool and the fitness center were both closed with no sign of construction or repair in the works. And the day after we arrived, there was a sign up saying breakfast was temporarily closed, though it never re-opened during our 4-night stay. Then on our last night we found a small cockroach in our room. I generally try not to be too critical, but this stay was pretty disappointing. Next year we will likely shell out for a more expensive hotel!

Summary: It was not too bad. The rooms were nice, simple and clean. The staff were friendly. Appearance could be a little better - the hallways were a bit dark. The AC/Heater needs to be updated and modernized. Even on low, it was blowing too much air. The only bad thing was their breakfast. It was horrible. I took one bite and immediately threw it away.

Summary: Second time staying here and the housekeeping opens the door before 11 am checkout. Asked for a late checkout of noon. Housekeeping opened the door 3 times before 12. Left the light on the last time they opened the door. My bf who works midnights was trying to sleep before having to leave/checkout.

Summary: The TV in the room would not pick up the local channels. The fridge would not stay closed. I I fired the lady at the front desk about this. Because maintenance was gone for the day, the lady at the desk transferred me to another room. Fridge and TV there worked fine. Mary, the manager is wonderful and very helpful. I needed to add an additional night to my stay, Mary was wonderful in assisting me with that process and allowed me to keep the same room

Summary: Gal at the night desk was wonderful! Our first rom was awful! The floor was sagging from water damage. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The clerk accommodated my request for a new room. We were move to an ADA compliant room on the first floor that was better. The carpets were still stained and the room was musty smelling. Beds are older but surprisingly comfortable. The entire place needs a renovation and refresh!!

Summary: I won't stay here again. There's a ventilation problem in this whole building you can smell it everywhere even with the room ventilation running on high very musty no fan in the bathroom that increase the humidity. Wallpaper carpeting bathroom tub caulking all very old needing replacement.
