Summary: There was a 100 dollar depot on the room. Plus your room rate. I was not told about this unit i got there. I was there on the 8th of July and I have not received my deposit back yet 😕. It is July 26th now. I will not go back there.

Summary: This hotel was terrible. The only reason to stay is how close it is to NRG stadium. The elevator doesn't work, the pool was closed, no body wash. The worst part was the customer service at front desk. Not welcoming at all. Also, no cash accepted.

Summary: The staff was very nice and informative. The hotel is not the most updated, and the breakfast is lackluster, but the room was clean and the coffee was good! We were not sure what to expect with the mixed reviews, but we were very happy with our decision to stay. If you need to be close to the stadium, this is it!

Summary: Nasty floors, elevator floor was gross. Exit door to parking was never locked and sometimes not even shut. Very unsafe. Not impressed.

Summary: We selected this hotel because of the location. And it did not disappoint. We flew into Houston to attend the Kendrick Lamar/ SZA concert. Because this hotel is across the street we were able to walk to NRG Stadium to attend the conference. The only issue was a restaurant close to the hotel was advertised as remaining open till 2 am. When we arrived about 11:30 pm after the concert the kitchen was already closed. I will book it again if any of my favs are playing in Houston.
