Classic family owned lake house in beautiful Winter Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee. Originally named Camp Redruffe
Perfect set up for 3-4 families with 5 full / queen / king beds, and 4 twin beds.
Spend your days down at the dock - lounging, swimming, kayaking, and water skiing- before heading upstairs for dinner on the deck. We have 2 kayaks for your use and boat rentals are nearby. Enjoy a short walk to Libby Museum. Drive, bike or boat just 3 miles into downtown Wolfeboro for nearby shopping, antiquing, berry picking, golf and museums. For you history buffs, The Wright Museum is one the the premier WWII museums in the country.
Picture yourself enjoying dinner overlooking the calm waters while listening to the calling of the loons in the gazebo.
With the leaves’ at their peak, enjoy the spectacular colors of New Hampshire. Sit by a cozy fire and enjoy the crisp Autumn air.
The children can watch their movies upstairs on the sleeping porch, while the adults watch their favorite TV show in the living room. We even have some games for the family to play!
This house is not a party house! Please respect our home!!! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am and are strictly enforced
We have a raft for your enjoyment Memorial Day - October (otherwise stored on half of dock), 2 kayaks, noodles, game room and much more.

Summary: Great location on Winter Harbor with easy access to Wolfeboro and everything the lake region has to offer particularly if you have a boat. The docks and water are spectacular. The house is comfortable and offers everything you need. While not fancy, it is how lake houses are supposed to be in my mind. Ownership is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Summary: Not a great stay, it was obvious when we got to the place that it had not been checked before our arrival. The toilet downstairs by the kitchen stopped working twice and the water heater wasn’t functioning. The heat was completely off as well and I did not get the email with the access instructions. We worked with Barb to get a plumber in to fix the toilet and we reset breaker on the water heater. We eventually settled in and had a wonderful dinner cooked in the grill. The one full bathroom is an issue given all of the bedrooms. The house is very dated had a musty smell until we opened the windows. Also, I understand the need for security but owner has a ring camera pointed inward towards the screened in porch and living room.

Summary: Lots of room. Three bathrooms but only one shower. Not a problem though, we made it work. Beautiful views and great location. The house was very comfortable.

Summary: The house is perfect for our 4 families to get together for a week of fun on the lake. The dock is perfect for the pontoon boat we rent for the week, with swimming & jumping off the other side. The kids love the swim platform. It also has a game room & great deck for grilling & hanging out & watching the kids in the water. The owner was super helpful when the internet had a problem after a thunderstorm. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house had plenty of space for my family of 14. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The kids spent time fishing, kayaking and swimming. We rented a boat and tubing the lake was fun! Well stocked for towels, deck chairs etc., everyone enjoyed the docks. The kids loved jumping off the raft, although my grandson cut his toe pretty bad on wood sticking out of the side (resulting in blood stain on his sheet that night ..sorry). My son removed the piece of wood and they all enjoyed the raft. The oven did not work and the stovetop burners had to be lit each time. Barbara did bring the electrician but he was unable to fix the oven. The food we brought to cook in the oven that was unable to be cooked on the toaster oven or grill had to be thrown out. 2 tanks for the grill, 1 empty the other empty after 1 use. My son had an extra in his truck we used for the rest of our stay. We had brought a fire stick for a tv which we used in the living room as we were unable to get the roku to work. These issues aside, we had a wonderful memorable week.

Summary: This property was all that I was expecting for our family gathering and then some. The house has just the right combination of 'old' and modern conveniences. The children loved the view from the deck and everyone enjoyed the docks. Even though it was early in the season for Lake Winnipesauke, we had beautiful weather and even the evening showers didn't take away from this event. I heard more than one say that we needed to do this again. Thank you

Summary: The property was in a perfect location and met all our needs. Absolutely picture-perfect view of the lake, the house was clean, had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil. The docks at the house, and boat launch close by were added pluses. Had a great week fishing Lake Winnipesaukee.

Summary: This house is a true time capsule. That being said, everything is clean, functional, and very cool. A couple of our guests had some issues with the bedding such as dirty appearing pillows, missing sheets, tilted beds, etc. A few updates to bedding and this place is a 100% win. Boat dock was an awesome treat for our boat! By the time you leave, you’ll be envious that your family doesn’t own this house. Would stay again!

Summary: The kids spent hours fishing, tubing and kayaking. We loved the short drive or boat ride to the center of town. There is only one full bath which got a little tricky. We mistakenly thought the neighbors floating waterslide was on the property as our kids were too excited to read the sign. We felt badly because they complained that we were trespassing to the owner. After speaking with the lovely neighbors they offered to let them continue to use it. Overall it was a great long weekend at a gorgeous spot to spend time with friends and family. I would stay here again!
