The clubhouse is great for families with a pool, hot tub, racquetball courts, sauna and tennis (and ski shop during the winter). There's a gym and cardio equipment in the clubhouse for those who wish to work out. Our deck faces west so you can watch sunset on the Rockies!

Summary: In the 10 years that we have been renting this condo (usually several times per year), there have NEVER been any unpleasant surprises... not a single time. The unit is always very clean and in great shape. The kitchen is really well stocked and the King size bed and pillows in the master bedroom are super comfortable. Another thing about this condo is that it is constantly being improved. Virtually every year, we find new upgrades that have been made. This year a new steel front door with combination lock. This condo is a really great value!

Summary: We’ve stayed at “Daryl’s house” for previous visits and love it. The location is fantastic to skiing, grocery stores, restaurants, basically everything. The condo is clean, stocked with all the essentials, and has plenty of space for our family of four. I always check this condo’s availability whenever we come up for the season!

Summary: We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was VERY clean, had a wonderful layout for our needs, was nicely updated, parking was easy and everything was in working order. The convenience of having the workout facility, pool, hot tub right across the parking lot was an added bonus...we loved it! The location was convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and all the various activities Winter Park and the surrounding area has to offer. Daryl was so accommodating and easy to work with...thank you! Beware...it's a little hard to find the unit if you arrive in the dark because the building numbers aren't well lit but other than that, it was fabulous! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others headed to the area! Thanks Daryl for making our stay so enjoyable!

Summary: Stayed here many times and everything has always been consistantly excellent. Always clean and well maintained. It seems almost every year, there are significant upgrades and improvements made. Unit is very close to hot tubs and bus stop. I highly recommend this condo. We have stayed at many different places throughout Fraser and Winter Park but always end up coming back here.

Summary: The place was nice. No problems getting there or finding the place. Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The Gen Zers weren't fans of fake fire logs, but we made it work, sorta. One member of our party fell on 1st day & fractured wrist & pelvis. 2nd story condo took some doing going up & downstairs. The Condo was nice, right on the bus route, across the street from the clubhouse and I'd stay there again.
