When you enter our cottage, you will be pleased with its openness and scenic views of the Inlet. It is the perfect location to relax, kayak or take day trips to many local popular attractions. This charming, quiet 2/3 bedroom home features a large deck with a ocean view, a fully applianced kitchen and three flat screen TVs.
The spacious master bedroom, with queen size bed, is quietly tucked away in the back of the house on the first floor with its own TV.
There is a large bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor with amazing water views. The third bedroom can be used as a sitting room (on the futon watching TV), a sleeping area (pull out the futon for a full size bed) or reading area.
The 43" TV in the downstairs living room shows Streaming TV options (Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Acorn, etc), Xfinity and Showtime.
Eat-in kitchen includes: single serve coffee maker, microwave oven, garbage disposal, full size convection double stainless steel oven, and a dish washer
Full size washing machine and dryer are in their own room.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay at this home. The owner makes you really feel at home, Everything is well kept, you get beach access to different beaches, dining and shopping is only a short drive. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure.

Summary: I've always dreamed of coming to Cape Cod and I found this house and knew it would be perfect for us and it was. Valerie was so accommodating and easy to work with from the very start when I booked at Christmas time and she has turn this place into a Little Dream House. Price location and accomodations we're the best for our family..... We never want to leave ❤️❤️❤️

Summary: We stayed a week in June 2018. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well. Beautiful views on the peninsula the cottage was located on. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the views. Many shade trees all around. Nice and quiet area behind a provide fence to enjoy the fire pit. We enjoyed Netflix, Amazon movies and many more movie channels. It has Wifi. The kitchen was well stocked with dished, pans, etc. The owner was very sweet to leave us a bowl of fruit, bottled water and candies for our stay. Which we gladly used and enjoyed. She was just a call away if we needed her--but nothing came up. Everything went great. So much to do off Cape and easy to get on the Cape. We made day trips to Cape Cod Canal and the Railroad Bridge where there is a walking and bike path. we went to Ned's Point and Light House in Marion. Onset Village, Beach and Cruise. Plymouth's Pilgrim Belle Cruise and the Mayflower. Many restaurants in the area. Many beaches large and small. We went kayaking, off of the Pinehurst Beach ( a few houses, down the street) on the river-it was windy when we went, which made paddling rough--but was able to get around. We did not bike, but many bikers going by, nice place to ride bikes, no real traffic. We did not mini golf, but mini golfing in Buzzards Bay. For rainy days there are movie theaters in Wareham, Falmouth and North Dartmouth Mall. I know in the area there are Deep Sea Fishing Cruises if you like to go out fishing. I know in the Fall there is King Richard's Renaissance Faire, in Carver area-which is a fun thing to do-if here in September. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again, when staying in the area.
