*K-103 is located at the top of the Main B lift. Open your door, snap into your skis from the patio ski locker and head down the hill for breakfast at the Waffle Hut. Pick up your lift tickets mid-mountain at the heated Sun Burst High Speed Bubble Quad and your are on your way! *This Vermont Ski home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home sleeping 10. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, the Guest Room has 2 twin beds and a child-size mini sleeping cubby. The Bunk Room sleeps 4. An Alcove features a single pull-out sleep sofa. Our unit is delightfully decorated for family adventures. All amenities are included...TV's, WIFI, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Available is an unlimited supply of firewood. Linen and end visit cleaning are included. Shivery and cold? Press your nose up against the window and view skiers sliding off the B lift or watch the mountain groomers at night...a wave might get you a ride on one of these snow monsters. Fireworks dazzle from this location. Your rental will allow you access to the Winterplace Rec Center for swimming in the indoor heated pool or a soak in one of 2 hot tubs.
*Okemo Mountain is renown for impeccable grooming and top snow coverage. This is a family friendly community with an unpretentious courtesy found in all staff. The lift operators are especially good nature and safety orientated. The mountain offers terrain for beginner to advanced. You will discover Adventure Zones and Terrain Parks for all level skiers. Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here at Winterplace K-103! The location was perfect for ski in-ski out, making early morning runs a breeze to get to the bubble chair first thing! Not only was the location great, but the property itself felt like you were staying at a close relatives house. It was very cozy and homely, which was perfect to come back to after a full day of riding. We really enjoyed looking at all the family memories of previous ski trips hung up on the wall. You can really tell the owners have a passion for the sport of skiing and want to share that with all of their guests who visit. Susan was such an amazing host! She made the whole process a breeze and was available if we needed anything! The community pool & hot tub was the icing on the cake when our legs were sore from a long day on the mountain. I was also very happy there was a coffee bean grinder available in the kitchen so I was able to bring my favorite coffee to have early mornings before heading out. The love and care put into this property was everything, without ever meeting her, Susan made us feel like family coming for a short stay, instead of just customers renting her place. I will definitely look into booking this property again when we come back for future trips!

Summary: Very comfortable and well-equipped 3 bedroom condo at the top of the Okemo Base lifts. Very easy access to slopes. Working wood-burning fireplace. Nice views out a large window looking at the base lifts and runs. We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: We had a great stay here, the place had everything we needed and was located right at the top of the A-B Lifts so made for a perfect family ski trip. The place was very comfortable, and the owner was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely return on a future trip!

Summary: We had a great short stay in Feb ‘24. The condo is perfect for 2 families. Plenty of room for all. The location can’t be beat!!! We walked to the slopes in under a minute. We went over to use the pool and hot tub which were great after a long day of skiing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Susan was in touch throughout our stay. I highly recommend her condo, and we can’t wait to go back next year!
