Step into this wooded retreat and feel the pressures of everyday life melt away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck facing a gorgeously snowy/ ferned forest. Walk across the drive to access the 18-hole Highlands Golf Club, or up to the top of the hill to swim in our private community pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. View the slopes lit up at night out of large windows in the two-story, vaulted great room. Board the shuttle in the morning, for immediate slopeside access. Make three course meals or just heat up a pizza in the sunny, well-appointed kitchen. There’s plenty of room for the family to spread out and still have screen time, with Wi-Fi throughout and Smart TVs in the great room, dining/ kitchen area, and an upstairs bedroom. Four toilets and two showers (one is a shower/ bathtub combo) ensure there’s never a long wait.
Four bedrooms sleep thirteen people comfortably, with room for extra kids to bed down on the floor. NOTE: Fourth bedroom (sleeps 4) is a loft, with its own toilet/ sink, and accessible by a ladder. Boot room entrance holds many skis/ poles/ boards in addition to shoes and boots. Amenities include: extra heating unit in great room, air conditioning, laundry machines, dish washer, mini drink fridge, games and puzzles.
Townhome is located in Mountain Villas community, adjacent to Highlands Golf Club, at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Shuttle Service throughout resort is available to renters. Snow tube, ski, or snowboard throughout winter months. Mountain Villas has its own private outdoor swimming pool for you to use, or take a short drive to hike/ bike/ swim/ kayak/ creek/ fish at Laurel Hill State Park and Lake. Take your adventuring to the next level, with activities such as white water rafting, rock climbing, and mountain biking at nearby Ohiopyle State Park. Or immerse yourself in artistic wonder at Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water. Like shopping? Somerset has fantastic thrifting and antiquing, as well as notable markets. Notable restaurants throughout the region as well.
Basic supplies are provided (coffee, sugar, dishwasher and laundry pods, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins), but be sure to bring some of your own if you expect heavy use. Insurance prohibits use of fireplace by renters. No raucous parties. No pets.

Summary: Winter Wonderland was very clean! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Very convenient to get to 7 Springs Ski Resort on shuttle. Owner was accommodating and responding quickly to all our questions. We really enjoyed staying there and would come back again.

Summary: We stayed as a group of friends/family. The property was very comfortable and cozy for our group size of 11 and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Easy and quick access to the resort either by driving or taking the shuttle. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Summary: Took the family to seven springs for the weekend. The cabin was very clean and homie!!!! Location is great the shuttle picks you up right at the door!!! Host was great and responds immediately!!!

Summary: We stayed as an extended family- two sets of parents and 5 children ranging in age from 18 months to 14 years old. We used it as a home base to ski at 7 Springs, and it couldn't have been more convenient. We decided to drive and park because of the younger crew, but the shuttle stops right by the front door as well. As we drove around it also looks like it would be a perfect location for all kinds of spring & summer activities as well. The grownups took the 2 king bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable (if you're light sensitive, do bring a sheet or otherwise to cover up the windows, as light does come through the slats in the shades). The bunk room was amazing for the younger kids-- like a private campout fort. The upper bedroom is accessible by a slanted ladder, so the older kids stayed up there and by all accounts slept soundly and happily. As a random aside- If you've got a travel crib, there's really only floor space for it in the 2nd king bedroom (without the en suite bathroom). The entryway was perfect for dumping all manner of equipment, jackets, and shoes, which kept the house much cleaner/tidier than it otherwise would have been. The kitchen is a nice size with a big dining table with plenty of room for everyone. The den in the bottom floor is snug and cozy with the best recliners in the world. Lots of bathrooms, so even with 9 people, no one ever felt rushed or harried. It was great. Overall we loved it and would return in a flash!

Summary: We had a great stay at Winter Wonderland. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook. The condo has great space and plenty of room for two families. The location to 7Springs is easy and the shuttle service makes it a truly door to door experience. Gretchen is a great manager and good communicator. We hope to return again. We definitely recommend this home for a visit!
