Summary: We've been renting this property for our anniversary and/or catching Fall colors for several years now. We find it consistently clean, comfortable and welcoming and have shared it with family and friends.

Summary: Location and views were great. The property is a bit dated, but in good shape. Prepare to give yourself 15 to 20 minutes to get up and down the mountain. We had some miscommunications initially with the housekeeping, but our host worked hard to make everything right. All in all, it worked out great and we evjoyed ourselves very much.

Summary: the property was good but i do feel it could be updated and it could be a little more clean. The carpet and floors were a little dirty.

Summary: Condo is well furnished, beautifully decorated with magnificent views. We found the condo well stocked and clean. We would've rated this property FIVE STARS (*****) if not for a couple of issues which occurred during our stay. Although not an issue during our stay due to low building occupancy, I would assume and be concerned about access during high occupancy times due to the limited parking spaces available for the entire building. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: The view was really nice- however there were ants in the kitchen and several ant poison traps all over and I had my dog bc it’s pet friendly and she got into two of them- tossing them around before I could see what they were. The jacuzzi tub jets did not produce hardly any movement they were just loud. The beds were incredibly hard- I slept on the couch. Overall I hiked all day and wasn’t there long but it wasn’t a place I was overly impressed by

Summary: Beautiful well created condominium - with all the essential amenities. The time we spent there, has been memorable. We could live in the space and experience all our chosen spots - the Blue Ridge Mountains for trails, the Skyline drive, Monticello estates and the BlackFriar Theater Company for Shakespeare. I wish we could more easily reach the person's in charge of this space - very hard to contact those responsible for the rental.

Summary: We enjoyed the home and the great views. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils. Many of the pans are in need of replacement. The oven was in desperate need of cleaning. There were many areas where the carpets need cleaning. When we arrived there were specific instructions for ending our stay. What was missing was any information about Wintergreen. I would have expected, at a minimum, maps of the area and a list of restaurants and activities. It was also disappointing that we did not have access to certain restaurants and pools which were restricted to Wintergreen Members. Some of the pluses, the condo was clean with plenty of room. The supplies were great, shampoo, paper towels, body wash in all bathrooms. The owner needs to focus on some routine maintenance - fixing the storm doors, painting throughout, carpet cleaning, changing lightbulbs, etc.

Summary: We had a great visit. The condo is just as described and roomy and well stocked. It was our first time to Wintergreen and it's quite lovely. The views from the deck are great and the accomodations are really nice. It was hard to leave!
