Summary:
Welcome to our Winter Point townhouse! This 2 bedroom townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is a perfect place to enjoy a Breckenridge vacation anytime of the year! This townhouse comes with access to the nearby Upper Village pools and hot tubs and the location allows you to take advantage of the proximity to Main Street, nearby ski lifts, and hiking trails that are all within walking distance!
The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Winter Point townhouse has an ideal layout for groups as large as 8. Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, mounted flatscreen TV, and a sofa that is a sleeper sofa. There is an outdoor patio off of the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The bunk room has a small TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub.
The main floor is a split-level featuring the kitchen and half bathroom on one level, and the living room and fireplace on the other. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook in the comfort of home. There is plenty of seating for your group as well with three breakfast bar seats and a dining table with seating for six. The powder room is located off of the kitchen. The living room features a sectional sofa, TV with cable, and a wood burning fireplace. There is a patio off of the living room to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The covered garage is accessed directly from the home. There is parking for one car in the covered garage and outdoor parking for one additional vehicle, first come first serve. There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen that guests can use throughout their stay. Lastly, guests will have access to the Upper Village pools and hot tubs.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, the private deck, and the private garage.
Guests are allowed two parking spaces: one is in the garage and an additional parking spot is available to the left of the condo at the end of the parking lot with a permit, first come first serve.
The Neighborhood:
In the winter, you can return home from the slopes by skiing down 4 O’Clock run, which is located a couple hundred yards from the townhouse. Getting to the slopes is easy with the Snowflake lift just a couple hundred yards up the road. There is also a Breck Free Ride bus stop at the entrance of Winter Point on 4 O’Clock Road. The bus stop is on the Grey Route Southside and it will take you to the ski lift. Hiking trails are a quick walk away for those visiting in the non-winter months. When the weather is nice you can walk to Main Street in less than 10 minutes.
Getting Around:
The Breckenridge Free Ride bus is the best way to get around town. There is a bus stop right by the entrance to the Winter Point Townhomes on 4 O'Clock Road. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
The garage can fit cars and small SUVs such as Ford Escapes, Chevy Equinox or GMC Terrain/Acadia.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

Summary: The property is as described and in a perfect location. You can walk right to the Snowflake lift and ski down 4 O’Clock at the end of the day and are right across from the house. It is also very convenient for walking into town. There is a bus stop as well, but we chose to walk. The house is perfect for a family of five.

Summary: First off, I liked it and would book again for sure. The location is a perfect mix of "almost" ski-in, not ski-out but a fairly easy 300yd walk up the street. Very comfy condo, redone kitchen is nice. Bathrooms are the only things showing their age, but not that big of a deal. The garage is bigger than it's given credit for, which is nice - you could get any SUV in it other than a Suburban. The web-based property info page the mgmt co uses is really convenient, and mgmt co is very responsive w/ comms. Minor annoyances: not sure if it's the cleaning crew, a mgmt co. thing, or owner thing, but never been to a private rental where there's not some leftover salt/pepper - bare minimum stuff, but be prepared to bring anything and everything you need food-wise. The heaters in living area are a lil noisy, but not too bad. The shared community pool/hot tub is a short walk and not too bad, but one day one of the hot tubs was just a tub, nothing hot to it - but know that's out of rental's control.

Summary: Nice space and location however there are a few things that need updating. There was a band aid used at the tops of the stairs to 'fix' the wood/stairs which my 15 month old kept playing with. You would think this would be fixed properly. Additionally, the shower in the main bedroom didn't drain timely and there was rust in the tub. The kitchen was semi updated however the fridge bangs the wall every time you open / close it.
