Summary: I was instantly worried when we pulled into the parking lot, place looks like it could be condemned. Large construction dumpster in the parking lot made it clear that the property was undergoing construction, which is fine. But the remotes covered in drywall dust and the all around mess in the hall was unexpected. All in all I felt like we were staying in an hourly motel even though we were charged over $400 for two nights. I will say that the bed was comfy and clean but that was about the only good thing about it.

Summary: We did not see a single staff member our whole stay. I needed to talk to the front desk because we'd already been charged prior to our stay, but note said we were to be charged upon checkin. Listing said breakfast was provided, but the breakfast area and front desk were locked with noone there until we "checked out" at 9:30. Rooms weren't completely clean. For the price, this was a horrible deal. Will not stay here our next time through Winthrop.

Summary: Good stay, did have some dog hair on my sheets but was able to get new ones pretty fast. Easy to check in and out.

Summary: The room was clean but the floors we very dirty. We wiped up some water we spilt and the towel turned black. Was disappointed because we have stayed here the past 5 years and the hotel served breakfast. They no longer do and this is one of the main reasons we stayed here.

Summary: Disappointed that the shower head dripped continuously causing serious mold in the shower and all over the shower curtain. Will not stay again.

Summary: The bathroom window doesn’t have covering on half - people can see in. The shower takes over 5 minutes to get hot. Could use a plug-in closer to the nightstand lamp. Also a floor mat or something near the door for shoes.

Summary: Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was nice, had been recently updated. The only complaint was that the mattresses kept sliding off the metal bed frames. Also, the office is only open 9-5, so if you wanted a cup of hot tea, it had to be during that time, which did not work for my schedule. The second day, I grabbed some tea to use in the in-room Keurig, so that worked out.
