Positive: It was very well stocked, clean, had a ping pong table, was very close to the lake. Although it was a bit expensive.

Negative: The driveway and the fireplace. The drive way was short and could not park there due to the angle and the fireplace would get quite Smokey you could not open the door. The price was a bit steep
