Positive: This place is idyllic if you like the country side, we sat by a fire and looked at the stars in a clear sky and woke up in the morning and watched deer grazing and the swallows buzzing around the field eating the bugs from the door of the tent. The host was more than helpful and accommodating of our last minute booking and was incredibly helpful when we got lost finding the right place. Facilities were good and I like the availability of the firepit. And once my boy was asleep I enjoyed a relax on the comfy sofa in the living area. Overall we had a great night's stay here, it does what it says on the tin!
Negative: 2 small gripes, very minor and easily altered. The address on booking.com doesn't actually take you to the right place, but easily resolved, just ask the host for the what 3 words and your sorted. And the smallest gripe because I know this is a tent, it would be nice to have a very basic shower of some sort, especially after having a fire the night before. But this is more a personal preference than a requirement. For the price and the location it's something you could work around.
Summary: A perfect location for a little disconnect getaway.
