Summary: We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights. The bathroom upstairs had 1/3 roll of toilet paper. The downstairs bathroom had less and no soap. It definitely does not have a "homey" feel. linens were old and the fitted sheet on our bed was torn. beds were barely made - all the towels and linens were just thrown into the closet upstairs, not folded - literally thrown onto shelves. My biggest concern was the odor upstairs. Cannot say for certain, but smelled like water damage someplace - maybe attic? the odor was horrible!! the bathroom fan had no blades and sounded like a jet engine. I stepped on more than one carpet tac upstairs entering bedroom. We walked down into the basement and there was standing water on the floor in 2 locations. The stay was very disappointing.

Summary: Unfortunately we had to visit Ohio for a funeral and wanted to bring our dog to save some money. This location worked great for what we needed. Loved the fenced in backyard. We only slept in one of the bedrooms but the King bed was very comfortable.

Summary: We were very pleased with the location and neighborhood, which was just minutes away from the holiday gatherings with our family. Bed used was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard is a bonus for "Fido".

Summary: We had a great stay. 3 beds, 11/2 bath for an amazing price! The couch is smaller than it looks in pictures and the table is larger. There is a reason they don't picture the shower but it works. For the money you can't beat this place. We will be back!

Summary: Awesome location! Everything is so close…only took 12 minutes to get to the convention center and 5 minutes to everything else. House is clean and cute, the yard is perfect size and I love that there is parking in the rear of the house. Beds are crazy comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay.

Summary: My Family of 4 just needed something conveniently located between Ohio Caverns, Air Force Museum and Yellow Creek Clifton Area. This property was perfectly located right in the middle. It is the best value we ever received in a VRBO - 3 bedroom house with kitchen for the price of a single room at a Hampton Inn. It is very clean and functional. The property owner checked in via the VRBO app all three days we were there. If you need something simple and affordable in the Springfield OH area I highly recommend this property

Summary: We chose this residence because we needed a place where we could take our two dogs with us when visiting Cedarville University (about 20 min away). The neighborhood was very quiet. The beds are firm, and the house has a lot of space. Great to have a full kitchen to make our own meals. Definitely met our need.
