Positive: Location is good, close to National Museum. Apartment was functional, following an IKEA style decor.

Negative: Street noise was strong. Reception was a bit off-hand. There were a number of items that needed repair, such as curtain rods beginning to come loose. Kitchen implements were sparse, and there was no toaster. A guest manual with instructions for the stove and the washing machine, as well as suggestions for the immediate area sights and restaurants would have been helpful. Although specifically requested, no receipt was provided. A note to all apartment providers: DO NOT use scented detergents and fabric softeners as guests could be sensitive.

Summary: Stay was okay. Apartment could be better.

Positive: Very nice apartment and facilities in excellent location. Very accommodating host, the communication was excellent.

Negative: The apartment was very noisy, just above a main road, no sound proofing. The traffic noise was very loud at all hours of the day and night.

Positive: Plenty of room. 2 bathrooms. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great view of city and Monserrate. Kitchen well equipped and a dining table. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, planetarium, market place. Windows open for fresh air. Someone at front desk to lock/unlock front door.

Summary: Our family of 3 adults and a 2 year old enjoyed our weekend there. We felt safe and comfortable.

Positive: Incredible view well thought out and secure with all the items needed for cooking and relaxing. Can get quite cold and once while heater not working. Location and checking can be a little difficult and confusing especially if you're not a spanish speaker

Positive: The apartment is amazing, with two rooms with private bathroom. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. All amenities are available if you want to cook. You have also a fantastic washing machine. The internet was working properly. Anny was very helpful with everything. There is a marvellous swimming pool and fitness at the 25th floor.

Negative: Nothing everything was great. I can not complain about anything.
