Positive: I loved the close proximity to the beach and the privacy of the back road. The lay-out of the house is unique and nicely centered with an outdoor seating are. The kitchen was evry well equipped!
Negative: We had some hick-ups getting into the house at first, the communication between AvantStay and the host did not seem to be very coordinated. We had asked to be able to get not the house earlier, got confirmation form AvantStay, but then the cleaning crew were still there. But the host was super nice about it.

Positive: We had a delightful stay at this spacious Airbnb on Whidbey Island! The house boasts a lovely fireplace and is surrounded by beautiful trails leading up to a private beach—perfect for walks with my dog. Every morning, we were greeted by deer in the yard, adding a magical touch to our experience. The neighborhood is safe and gives the feeling of being in the wilderness while still being close to residential amenities. The house itself is cozy and well-insulated. Overall, the location is excellent, close to Langley's main market street and Greenbank Farm, both of which are must-visits. The check-in and check-out process was very professional and easy.
Negative: The kitchen supplies were a bit of a letdown as they were old and mostly expired, so we couldn't use them. Additionally, pet owners should note that there isn't a gate separating the patio from the yard, which could be a concern as pets might escape, especially when they see the deer. I only wish there was a bit more flexibility with the check-out time, allowing for an extra hour without additional charges. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

Positive: We were on the island for dinner with our dinner group and were making 3 hors d'oeurves for the dinner. When we arrived at Wolf Beach Cottage with all of the kitchen appliances and tools, we discovered that we did not need anything except our food processor. What a wonderfully stocked kitchen! We also enjoyed all of the wildlife! We want to return there.
