Positive: I reserved the hotel for the first time, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The welcome from the friendly ladies at reception and the hotel manager's interest in her guests were outstanding. I was escorted to my room and provided with all the necessary information. I am pleased to inform you that the breakfast was and is simply amazing. All members of staff were also very attentive to guests. It was a very positive experience. Thank you for your attention. I felt very comfortable and at ease, as if I was among friends.

Brand new, super stylish, and in the perfect spot with tons of great restaurants and bars right around the corner, so going out was effortless. My room was gorgeous, comfy, and felt like a little escape. Staff were genuinely friendly, not the fake polite kind, which made a huge difference.

The room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, and incredibly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day in the city. I especially appreciated the little details that made the stay feel special rather than generic. The location is another big win, central enough to explore Budapest on foot, but still calm and relaxed. Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of choice and good quality, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being stiff or formal. Overall, the Wonder Hotel really lived up to its name for me. It felt fresh, relaxed, and well thought through, and I’d absolutely stay there again the next time I’m in Budapest.
Negative: If I had to mention one tiny thing, it would be that you can still feel the hotel is new in the nicest possible way. Every now and then things took a little extra moment, as the team is clearly still settling in and getting everything perfectly aligned. Honestly, it didn’t bother me at all.
