Summary: I did not want to leave a review because I am honest. But here it is since I keep getting asked for a review. Aside from the heated pool this place was not worth the money. The AC did not work upon arrival. Zero power to unit this caused me to spend several hours of my vacation trying to troubleshoot issues. The property owner did get someone out to fix on day 2 but this caused me and my wife to miss several hours of the beach concert we came to FL for. Very upset and property owner only offered half of the first night as a refund. Frustrated I accepted whatever he offered but he should have offered at least first full day because we did not sleep well first night and my wife and I were stuck waiting for a maintenance person. He should have a local person that had access as to not inconvenience the renter. Also there were ants and other bugs throughout the house, . The half of the shelves in refrigerator were broken and or missing. The couch had food and trash inside of it.

Summary: Communication with host was superb. The pool is beautiful, perfect for our multi generation group, and our littles loved it! Neighborhood was beautiful. Served as a great central spot for eco-touring from Everglades up to Palm Beach. Lots of food options nearby the house, as well.

Summary: This property worked very well for a group of friends from college. The pool was nice and warm, and the place was clean. The neighborhood was very nice, and the neighbors were friendly. The backyard is very private, so it is a nice getaway. This location is a short drive from the beach and the Los Olas strip. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Summary: Came down for a long weekend with some friends. Perfect location everything was clean just had to skim the pool before using it. Very quiet neighborhood make sure to only have registered guests over the house!

Summary: The house was the perfect fit for our group of women and teenage daughters. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the bathrooms. The property owner was very attentive to our needs at every point in the process.

Summary: We had a great time and experience staying at this house! The location is perfect, as this house is close to the beach, Las Olas Boulevard, great restaurants, and Fort Lauderdale airport. Also, only a short walk to the grocery stores and parks. The house is fully stocked with all the items and supplies you need for a great vacation. All the furniture, linens, towels and kitchen items look fresh and clean. Very comfy beds and great pull-out sofa in the family room! The backyard has a very nice pool at a good temperature and lush greenery, which is great for privacy. We enjoyed BBQ and our dinners with the family outside. Also, Smart TV and Netflix were a great bonus! The host was quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful. Will definitely recommend his place to our friends and family, and the next time we visit Florida, we will most certainly be staying here again!
