This quaint 2/2 farm house is fully furnished with a full kitchen and spacious living area. The back door opens to a huge Texas size double-decker back porch which leads to our wedding pergola. The back area is nestled under under old Comanche oak trees laced live with hanging ivy and complete with a BBQ pit for evening out-door grilling and a two burner cook top for making your own coffee and country breakfast cowboy style. Our farmhouse breeds and raises white doves on the property that are used for special events and occasions. The perfectly situated property is just a few minutes to many wonderful wineries located just north and west towards Johnson City all the way to Fredericksburg or driving south and turning west towards multiple breweries and distilleries from Blanco to Luckenbach. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are comfortable and neatly arranged, and the home has been recently renovated for events of many different occasions. This VRBO listing is limited to four guests only. The cabin guest house is booked separately. Events over four people must be separately arranged and booked independent of this listing.

Summary: This was absolutely the best relaxing farmhouse ever! Loved the large outdoor living spaces, the swing benches hung from trees and the dives cooing. Outdoor area was all sparkles at night with lots of small lighting on fences and in the great oak trees. Inside the farmhouse offers a great usable kitchen with everything needed to make great meals. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Lots of pillows on the beds. The bedrooms have the most comfortable beds...easy to have a restful night's sleep. Large open concept in living, dinning and kitchen. Loved it and we will be back ! Thank you so much for the wonderful get-away for a few days!!

Summary: We really enjoyed the Farmhouse and will definitely be back. We've been visiting the Hill Country for 25+ years and this house/property is really in our wheelhouse. The property is beautiful and the house is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Thanks to the property owners for doing a great job with this place.

Summary: Beautiful back porch and expansive deck covered in majestic oaks. Expert craftsmanship on the house and very clean. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms a big plus! Brian was very responsive and explained everything so well. Lovely wine and candy gifts when we arrived. Booking again soon for a girls trip. Would give 6 stars if allowed. Thank you Brian.

Summary: The Farmhouse: roomy, comfortable, well-appointed with necessities, LOTS of information about local attractions; outdoor spaces are beautiful and great for sitting/cooking out (porch, huge deck, fountain, gardens). The location: halfway between Blanco and Johnson City and not too much further to reach other hill country towns, wineries, etc. The owner provides a very easy booking experience, stays in touch, and tells you every you need to know and more on how to find it and what to expect. I didn’t want to leave and definitely want to come back. A lovely experience!

Summary: If your looking for your own little bit of Hill Country serenity, this is it. The deck and grounds are perfect for relaxing. Brian was incredibly cordial and easy to communicate with. This little spot is tucked right in the middle of so many fun places to visit. Without a doubt we will be back for another visit. The house was very clean and well appointed right down to the fresh cut flowers in each room. What a nice touch. Very satisfied with the stay!
