This beautifully appointed Villa also provides a very comfortable enjoyment of the morning sun, and protects you from the sometimes brutal afternoon sun. This 1,245 SF, three bedroom, two bath Villa is very accommodating and is just a couple of blocks from the HILLTOP smokehouse and has easy access to the walking trails, Kayak Club, and all of the amenities associated with the Hollows.

Summary: Glad we were able to book this place to experience the eclipse. Place was clean, had hotel towels hanging, WiFi was good. Master bedroom bed was really comfortable. Sheets were clean and comfortable. There was a Brita in the fridge for drinking water. View was wonderful and it was relaxing just sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Bill Wallace was quick to respond to any questions we had, he also delivered our golf cart. We were very anxious about the weather but we lucked out and the clouds cleared and it was good to have this place to stay. Would come back if we visit Austin again.

Summary: We came to town for a family members funeral and last minute found this location. The weather was rotten for mid-march and the reason for the trip didn’t help either but the condo alleviated so much stress and burden. The view was exceptional. The bunk room was perfect for our kids. The ease of having the elevator right outside the unit to move in and out was heavenly. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out when we needed. The unit has all of the essentials plus a grocery store, Starbucks,Sonic, CVS, and several other places near by were so convenient. The property manager Mr. Wallace was so kind and helpful and responded immediately to a late in the evening technical user error!

Summary: I had a wonderful stay for 2 months here as part of a company relocation. The views from the lake house are amazing. The property has everything you need. Property manager was friendly and helpful as well

Summary: This was a great property to stay at. Clean and cozy with perfect view of the lake. On site there was a community pool which was fun for the kids.

Summary: The unit is in an excellent location with a totally relaxing view, but ... There are certain details that are worth noting: 1. Poor cleaning: dirty silverware and kitchen utensils. 2. The floor at first glance looks clean but do not walk barefoot as you will be in for a big surprise. They only sweep and don't mop the floor. 3. The balcony has not been cleaned for a long time, there are spiderwebs around the corners and even a wasp's nest under one of the windows. 4. There is no broom or mop, so if food falls you will have to use kitchen paper. 5. The photos of 2 rooms do not match the ones shown in the link. They are 3 rooms. One with a king bed and that's fine; another with a queen bed and and we found a full bed and the other room with 1 bunk bed and we will find 2 bunk and this subtracts space making the room uncomfortable. 6. They must make certain upgrades such as the dining room is already old and some very uncomfortable chairs due to their use. 7. The Club House is very nice but FEAR !!! The first thing I come across is a sign that says "Maintenance is not regular so you are at your own risk." The pools were nice but you could see green lines of mold. (the poster already announced it and of course I did not use it). In short, the apartment is very nice to be neglected. And a recommendation for VRBO, it is not the first time that it has happened to me that the photos do not correspond to what they promote. They should demand from their members seriousness and respect with what they offer and that the photos be updated regularly. They are also guests at some point and would not like to have a bad time. For that one pays.

Summary: The condo was nice, the parking is terrible. We were told there was a garage available and there was not. In the evenings there was no parking we had to park next to the handicap where the lines are. The additional parking was far and extremely dark. The cable never work. Everything was far - long distance. The patio and bbq grill were great.

Summary: The condo had a nice lake view. The neighborhood amenities (beach club mainly) were nice but not really walk-able. The condo needs a deep clean; there was what looked like food/handprints on doors and dust in a lot of places. The full mattresses in the kids' bunkbed were very uncomfortable (could feel springs). The kitchen was not as well-stocked as many others we've stayed in. Overall, we had a good time because there are great things to do around Austin and the place was fine for our purposes.
