Positive: The studio is nicely arranged, quiet, and allows dog walks directly on the grounds of the farm. We received detailed information before arriving and managed easily to find the studio. All on the farm were pretty nice and helpful! And it is a quiet location - for sure you hear the horses being walked now and then, but that was no problem for us and it was ahead clear that the studio is on a farm. We visited many locations between Bath and Stratford-upon-Avon - the Studio is well located in the middle.
Negative: The studio is perfect, and we definitely recommend it, but we missed some practical items: some more hangars for the wardrobe and some hooks for jackets but as well in the bathroom. A shelve would be great as well.

Positive: Quaint, prettt setting on a working farm. Clean. Shower has amazing pressure! Comfy bed. Loved it. Would absolutely stay again. Everything worked nicely, tv has netflix that you can log into. Nice lighting. Cosy. Cute little studio.
Negative: Make sure to get the outer gate code from the owners if you're planning on getting in after 11 otherwise you'll have to leave your car out there and walk through the farm (and across cattle grates) which if you dont have appropriate shoes on its really not ideal 🤭

Positive: Lovely little place. Quiet and secluded. Well equipped. Comfy bed.
Negative: No hairdryer! What sort of accommodation these days doesnt have a hairdryer!! Badly signposted so we were really unsure of where we were going. Sykes Cottages were crap. We tried to contact them 3 times- they didn't answer calls or the WhatsApp number provided and took 36 hours to answer an email. Terrible managing agents. Also the owners take their horses for a walk past the window for a walk at 7am.. which is terrible if you want a lay in. Nice dogs though and very clean.
Summary: Great place, bad agents, no hairdryer.

Negative: There were no hooks on the doors for coats, dressing gowns etc. the pans were very nice but way too big for two people to use (and this is a studio for two) No microwave Settee was very uncomfortable
