Summary: We loved everything about this house: the location, the house itself and especially the backyard and pool! Our family of five spent time every day in the pool and it was one of our favorite memories! On top of that, Joy was so sweet, easy to get into contact with and super accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house!

Summary: Fantastic property. We absolutely loved our time here. The whole house is extremely clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you'd need. Awesome backyard with a great pool and tons of beautiful, mature shade trees. Location is perfect—close to all of the Austin attractions, but also tucked into a quiet and secluded neighborhood. We will be back!

Summary: Beautiful spacious home that comfortably fit our group. Short drive to downtown Austin and the airport. Pool was a huge plus -- everything was clean and ready to use. Joy (property manager) was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. Zero complaints, highly recommend!!

Summary: I loved everything about this property! Very clean, which is important to me. It was a great place for us to hang out, swim, watch movies, with an added bonus of a bumper pool table which we all enjoyed playing. It is not far from downtown but out of the way enough to be peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for an Austin vacation rental:) Owners were responsive to our emails, and helpful with tips on things to do. Thank you!

Summary: Joy was super helpful from the get go. We had some changes in itinerary and she was flexible and gracious. The house is sweet. Lots of room. There were 5 adults and one night 6 and a baby. Never felt cramped. Kitchen was stocked and even had snacks and beer available. Plenty of towels for everyone for bath and pool. The back yard is lovely. Great location. We had numerous events in downtown and SoCo and the drive was fast - the Mopac toll express lane pops you right on to Ceasar Chavez Will stay here again no doubt.

Summary: If you’re looking for a nice place with a pool to stay at for the long weekend without worrying about anything - this is it! Joy was very welcoming and helpful with our concerns and questions. Kids and adults had a blast in the heated pool throughout the weekend despite the rain and humidity the first day (ThANK YOU, JOY!). Great location, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, nice big trees to shade our morning jogs; it was really close to the main highway and many great eateries. We were able to make a few trips to Randall’s right down the street - very convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to grill a couple of times - nice to eat outside and have a drink while the kids played in the pool. Kids loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing weekend. Thank you, Joy & Zach!

Summary: This house is gorgeous! We really enjoyed the backyard setup with the pool and BBQ, and we were able to use the kitchen quite a bit and it had everything we needed (we stayed in most of the time due to COVID). The owner of the home even left a sweet birthday gift for one of our guests. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
