Positive: The overall stay was fine. Attending a wedding but was unable to have a shower as the cold water didn’t work, we asked for help a chap came to the room and turned the tap a thousand times before he said “thats an adequate temperature, I need to get on with other duties” unfortunately this fix was too late for me as I had a hair appointment in Salisbury. Secondly the room wasn’t very clean, as if it hadn’t been used for a while, the milk for the tea was curdled and it was long life! The kitchen was closed all weekend which wasn’t a major issue but bad timing for a bank holiday weekend, we didn’t try the continental. We were also over charged by £20, which was refunded with cash as we wouldn’t leave with the assurance it would be dealt with later. This over charge was on another of our parties room also! Good location and free parking, just more attention to details would have improved my rating.

Positive: Woodfalls Inn is a lovely little place. Ample parking, lovely bar and restaurant area, very friendly & helpful staff. The room was very spacious however a little hot. We had a lovely stay visiting family.
Negative: Even though our room was lovely and spacious we were in the eaves of the hotel and it was extremely hot. The hotel did provide a tower fan however it wasnt enough for the 2 of us.
Summary: Lovely place and a lovely stay very local to Salisbury.

Negative: Made a reservation and paid for a family room and a double room. Both advertised with Bath. Got 2 double rooms 1 with bath 1 without As the Family room is more expensive I complained about this as I overpaid. Complaint was not taken seriously by hotel staff. Beds/matrasses were old and in need of replacement

Positive: We stayed on the three bed apartment which is stunning and huge ! Has a lounge, two massive wet rooms and beautiful bedrooms. The staff are really lovely and it was really clean.
Negative: Had to mark it down as the bar closed at 9pm on a Wednesday and there is nowhere near to walk to for a later drink. A speaker in one of the bars had been left on all night and unfortunately we could hear an annoying beat all through the night which we couldn’t sleep through. Ruined a sleep in what would have been a really comfortable room. No one downstairs as they close to switch it off and the bar was locked. Brought it up with bar staff but no compensation or anything which is a shame.
Summary: Facilities are amazing but opening hours need to change and there needs to be a contact on hand at night.

Negative: Room was a little hot as up in eaves but we had a fan which helped. Cooked breakfast was very good but no fruit which we missed.
