Summary: I feel disappointed with my stay as my basic room (advertised as budget room at other sites) I got. I had to move out of it due to a water leak in the building. The room that I was offered instead (after some persuasion with a member of staff) was nowhere near I asked for during the booking. It was far to close to the kitchen area, so noises of cooking/washing up was from 7AM till very late at night. Because the stand of the fan in my room was broken, I had to have the window open during the hottest days of the year yet. I decided to move out sooner than booked for, despite being paid. The only reason I'm not giving lower ratings is the quality of breakfast and lunch options.

Summary: Lovely hotel with lovely staff, only one small thing, the coffee with breakfast isn’t the best. Possibly could be improved with a coffee machine offering cappuccino etc. otherwise wonderful as always

Summary: Would have been useful to know that major refurbishment was affecting the hotel & perhaps a sign directing people to the temporary entrance….didn’t affect us unduly as we literally just needed a bed for the night.
