There is also a ground-floor bathroom and utility, and a first floor open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas. Outside Woodlands is a shared garden area, off-road parking for six cars. Woodlands has great walking opportunities from your doorstep, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District. Two well behaved dogs welcome.

Shared front garden with gravelled and lawned areas with picnic benches. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. No fireworks permitted. Shop 2.3 miles and pub 1.8 miles. Note: Due to upside down layout, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: One of the king-size double bedrooms with en-suite does not have a window, but there is a constant fresh air vent. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar allowed.
