Negative: I was extremely disappointed that fireplace (just for looks), wasn’t working. We picked a property that had a fireplace so to get there and be told it wasn’t working was disappointing. Also was scared to fry anything on stove because of smoke detectors going off. Even though we were told about previous tenants who had alarms going off because they didn’t have the exhaust fans on. There was one morning i made bacon & eggs for the family. I had fans on and still smoke detectors went off, quite loud and stressful.
Summary: Amazing and beautiful, the views were worth everything

Positive: This was my third trip to Queenstown and this is the best accomodation I've stayed at so far! I would highly recommend this to friends and family and would definitely stay here again if I have the same number of travellers with me. The best thing about this property was the view, where you have floor to ceiling view of lake Whakatipu from either the balcony or one of the main bedrooms. All three bathrooms also had floor heating as well as towel warmers. The kitchen was also well stocked with general amenities like salt and pepper, sauces and coffee (pods or mini espresso) and tea.
Negative: Walking up and downhill from the property will really test your lower body fitness as the hill is steep! I recommend a car for the duration of your stay to overcome this! The property description did warn about construction noise but we didn't hear or see any nearby construction during our stay.
Summary: THE best views I've had of Queenstown!

From its incredible fireplace, to the exceptional views of The Remarkables, comfy beds and pillows, with internal heating and high level appliances. Positive: A perfect location. The views of the mountains and lake form the apartment were fantastic. A short drive to Queenstown centre made it a great location for us. Also a short drive in the other direction to shops to stock up on food and other things. The apartment was perfect for our family. Four of us. The kids were treated to either an ensuite or their own bathroom. It made it tough for us to leave!
