Positive: Beautiful place and suited us away from civilization and to many people. Great place to relax and spend time away from the real world with my husband.
Negative: Not a complaint, deal breaker or stop us coming back but felt as a previous motel cleaner it could have been cleaned better around windows or places where there was visible mould.
Summary: Spectacular views and lovely place to stay. Highly recommend this place if your wanting some R&R.

Positive: Views were to die for. Lovely quiet location with amazing birdsong. Chalet had everything we needed and the bathtub was a romantic experience.
Negative: The bathroom needed a little more attention with cleaning. There was mould buildup around windows and in the grout but otherwise everything was perfect.
Summary: A perfect weekend getaway. PS Steve we changed the gas over for the hot water so may need to replace the empty gas bott

Positive: We had the pleasure of staying in The Barn on this beautiful property. The communication was professional and easy. Everything was described accurately prior to our arrival, a very impressive amount of detail was put into the information given. As an added bonus we were also offered to hire one of the cars and purchase ferry tickets which made the few days break perfect from start to finish. Steve could not have been more helpful and accommodating. With breathtaking views from the private deck & surrounding property, it was literally stunning. Wonderfully quiet area and only a relatively short drive to all the island has to offer. It was warm and very comfortable, with all necessities catered for. The sauna was a welcome addition to our stay. We highly recommend this property & hosts, and can see ourselves booking again to escape Auckland.

Positive: Fabulous views, great location. Stylish, spacious cabin with huge views and large deck! Warm and well insulated, well equipped, clean and tidy! Nice hot shower! The outdoor bath and sauna are nice little extras. Definitely worth a visit!! 10/10!!
