Negative: The bed was not comfortable and me and my soon to be hubby only had one thin pillow each. No coffee pot was a bummer. We both used our own shampoo and conditioner because it was not enough of what was provided by the hotel. I will say I thought the nice thing was that this place had hot water. The tub was hard to sit in though and relax for a bath because it was peeling on the inside. Whenever I go to any hotel I look at everything. There was nothing posted on quiet times. Even on the website. We were on the 3rd floor. This place has four floors. The person above us the first night was making a lot of noise. The second night was worse. The room to the right of us was very loud as well. They were cooking something and burnt whatever it was so the smell was horrible in our room. We had to go outside for air. They had the door open to the room they were in letting it air out. The noise is my biggest complaint. Noise all throughout the night. When I went to check out the gentleman at the desk was very sweet. And he actually was very interested in how our stay was. I told him about the noise and told him I didn't see anything about a quiet time so we didn't make a complaint but he said at any time I could have come to one of the staff and they would have taken care of it. I guess the next time if ever I will have to request the last floor and the last room on the floor. People honestly ruin it for others. Not sure why there was a place to put your cigarette butts because there were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. And that's not cool. They had a place to throw the cigarettes and a trash can in the same spot. If it was not for the nice staff I think my review of this place would have been worse.
