Negative: The hotel inside was dirty. Floors, doors, elevators. Someone needs to clean the floors and vacuum more.

Positive: The staff was nice enough to replace my towels and helped me print out documents at the front desk, they also let me check out later. The room was nice and cool, the air-conditioning worked. I liked that the rooms were very quiet.
Negative: They can improve in a few ways, the stairwells and hallways weren't cleaned enough. There was urine on the stairs that dried up from the amount of time it was left there. The subscription to History Channel ended which I was not happy about. Also, there were a few abandoned cars in the parking lot.

Positive: The hotel appliances were very good. The size of the room was okay.
Negative: The room had minimal storage. The bed was very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was next to the freeway, and the road noise was constant all night. There were lots of dogs at the hotel.

Negative: The "free" Wifi was too slow to stream after we spent about a half hour with tech support because Wifi would not connect. I think you would have happier customers if they didn't have to pay $1.99 for what should have been free Wifi.
