Negative: Front desk took forever to come out had 4 people waiting including me, never answered the phone. Just in the back room so was ignoring the customers

Positive: Close proximity to the airport.
Negative: I walked in with a reservation from booking.com. The agent at the desk told me that my reservation was for twin size beds and that they did not have any twin sides bedrooms available. He said they had full-size bedrooms available. He sold me a brand new reservation For a room with full-size beds. I later found out that my original reservation was for full-size beds, and that this place doesn’t even have twin size beds, as most hotels do not have twin size beds. I was left with they already paid for a reservation from booking.com and then a nonsense in person reservation from the person who told me that I needed to get a new one for full-size beds. The issue was resolved, but I still had to deal with this for over a week to get my money back.
Summary: Nice place. Close to the airport. Shady front desk guy!

Positive: It was a nice hotel the room was kinda clean with all the renovation going on. The staff are very friendly.
Negative: My ac kept blowing a breaker, had to crawl under it and reset it . It happened 4 times over my stay. They were remodeling the rooms for which I have no problems with. The problems I had was they left my room unlocked and the safety latch had the door open on 2 different occasions. When they were remodeling the bathroom I had my shaving kit in there they just sprayed the textured stuff and had gotten all over my stuff. They could of said something or even moved the stuff but I guess they were in a hurry. The elevator and doors didn't always work and was told by the young people at the front desk that it would be looked at the following day.
