Summary: Typical example of don't believe the pictures you see on the internet. Property looks like a 9 or 10 online but in reality, it's a 4 or 5. Our rooms Microwave sounded awful and barely worked, the stove only had 1 burner that worked. You have to go downstairs and request new towels every night if you want them. Lots of noise from the rooms around and above us. Just wasn't as advertised and we won't stay here again.

Summary: The young lady on duty was very helpful and courteous, as we had some major family problems going on, but she showed souch care and concern. She made sure we were comfortable and never got tired of our questions or the many times we asked for help during our stay and my family 's phone calls. We really appreciated her.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only concern was the shabby hallway around the office, leading to the elevator. The price was reasonable, and we definitely recommend the place.
