Summary: Stay was good although they need to step their game up on pest control as I killed quite a few German cockroaches inside my room. Granted it is central Florida where roaches can be commonly found I wouldn't have expected to see so many inside the room

Summary: When we checked in, the machine to activate our room key was not working. In order to get into our room, a manager had to walk us up and use their key. We had to wait often as other guests were checking in. It was very inconvenient. I had another trip planned for this coming weekend as well, and may cancel our reservation to avoid any mishaps or inconveniences again.
