Summary: We were stuck in a bind traveling & found this place. Excellent location, quiet & safe neighborhood. Great communication from host when small issue w/ appliances came up. (& it was fixed right away) We will stay here again :)

Summary: Overall this property is very nice, with no structural drawbacks not already listed in the owner’s description, but there are some things the owner should address. I gave most of this feedback already to the owner, hopefully they are fixed now and can confirm later in their comments. We stayed in this house for 2 weeks. Pros: - Open floor plan for kitchen / dining room - Very nice outside spaces, including a huge grill and a fire pit, and lots of seating - Nice back yard, kid friendly - Huge deck with sliding doors and screens from both the kitchen and a bedroom - Office area in finished basement, including desk, chair, monitors - Couch and TV in basement - Very nice TV and couch in family room - Quiet neighborhood, nice to walk/jog to get outside exercise - 7-15 minute drive to all necessities, including grocery, pharmacy, gas, Target, home improvement big box stores, restaurants that have good takeout, etc - less than 15 min drive to train station with regular service to Boston Cons - Stovetop had a broken knob for one burner, so only 3 burners were operational. They offered to have someone come out and fix it, I declined as 3 burners is enough. - refrigerator does not cool anything on the right hand side. It cools fine on the left, and the freezer was fine. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. - A good amount of our initial grocery items spoiled due to this issue, which I told the owner about. They made no offer to reimburse me for spoilage, which was disappointing given I spent over $5k for 2 weeks. - The refrigerator is NOT connected to water, so the ice maker / water dispenser does not work. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED. - The air conditioner stopped working during the last night of our stay. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. - A BOSE speaker system is in the family room but don’t appear to be connected to the TV / are not operational. No instructions are available. THIS SHOULD BE FIXED. - The basement is very musty. It caused inflamed sinus / headaches. If this is meant to be a place where a tenant can work from home all day - it should be addressed. - GLADE air fresheners were in every room in the house, and the scent was overwhelming. I had to remove them from the house. I wonder what scent the owners were trying to cover up. - The propane tank for the grill was empty. I refilled jt, and told the owner. I wasn’t compensated for this, which wasn’t a big deal, but I expect more when paying this much for a long stay.

Summary: This was a great place for our family to stay. The owner was very nice and reachable after final payment. Didn’t live the Evolve group who was part of VRBO as they never returned answers to my questions. Besides this I would only offer that more towels other than bath towels would be good. No dish towels, hand towels and only one washcloth were available. Also more glassware would be nice. Other than that, it was perfect!

Summary: Hello! We booked your rental for Father's Day weekend and overall our stay was wonderful! My only criticism is that the amenities in the kitchen were quite limited (i.e. mugs, bowls, etc.) and the supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper were not well stocked. A great rental though overall and the baby furniture was a huge sell for us since we were traveling with our 8 month old daughter. Thanks for a great stay! Justin
