Negative: It was filthy and needs a great amount of cleaning & attention. Lounge/sofa sagged, double bed under the bunk was so badly sagged it bowed nearly to the floor. No screens on any doors or windows made it impossible to get fresh air flow through the house. No cover on the top of the dishwasher. NO dish cloth & the scouter/sponge was old, tattered & mouldy. Table clothes were so dirty they stuck to the tables especially on the back deck.
Summary: Our family made the most of our time together under the one roof but other than that the only positive was the location

Positive: Place was clean and very close to shops/ eateries. Kurmond social was a nice dining experience within walking distance. Our group was able to use the place in best possible way as there are lot of sleeping options and also host was very friendly to suggest what are the best possible recreational activities nearby. Coffee kart in kurrajong shops was amazing with huge backyard to enjoy. Did not find any challenge with the property as it was exactly how it was described
Negative: I think the distance to our venue was little far, we could have got another car to reach there. There was enough space to park multiple cars or even vans.
Summary: Overall clean and comfortable stay, exceeded our expectations

Positive: We attended a wedding reception at nearby Kurmond social, only 4 minute walk from the property, owners were extremely prompt with reply to messages.
Negative: We stayed on a Sunday night, general bins were out on the street overflowing with rubbish, previous others staying prior to us resorted to filling the recycling bin, was also overflowing with general rubbish, wheely bin for the property is of a small type as per council regulations, property needs another bin to meet demand with large numbers of people staying, we took our rubbish away with us as unable to fit in bin.

Positive: It was close to where I wanted to be
Negative: Not enough doonas or blankets for the people I booked for or pillows would have been happy to bring my own if I had known or warned more than 3 hrs before I was to arrive as I was already on the road! Fold out lounge is not fit as a lounge let alone a bed all the springs have let go! And the shower had no pressure!
