1 Bedroom Apartment in Lancaster

This is a newly renovated private studio above our garage. It has a key less private entry. Plenty of parking. There is also a balcony that overlooks our backyard that has a pond! We live in the house next door and are there is you need ANYTHING at all or to answer any questions you may have! We live within walking distance to stores and restaurants! There is also a nice park 5 min drive away! This studio is 20 min away from New Era Field and 20 Min drive from the City of Buffalo! Niagara Falls (a MUST SEE) is approximately 40 min drive! The village of East Aurora that is very quaint and has a lot of nice shops and a variety of places to eat is located 18 min away! We look forward to you staying with us!!

Summary: This is such a wonderful VRBO! The bed was comfy as was the whole place. Clean, Spacious and cozy! Very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back when visiting Lancaster. Katie is such a great host!! Thank you!!

Summary: Overall very clean and comfortable. The light bulb outside the entrance to the apartment was not working and made it difficult and unsafe to enter.

Summary: The room was very large, super clean, comfortable bed (standard size), in a lovely neighborhood with stores, restaurants near by. Parking was easy and close to door. A problem coming in was a very steep staircase,to the second floor with narrow risers and cleaning supplies outside the door on a narrow landing. Room was furnished nicely and only problem was one very small closet filled with superfluous clutter that had to be removed before it was usable. Odd heating/cooling system, TV operation, coffee maker and no instructions on how to use them. Kitchenette well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and some basic food supplies. Lovely view of the backyard with pond and grassy lawn from a deck.

Summary: We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.
