New River in the back with a dock that permit to have a boat up to 21 ft
The Pool and the garden is amazing to have the family and have a great grill with them

NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home. Again NO PARTIES!
ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home and around 50 feet’s around home– guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the house.
A fee of $300 will collected in case of hack, disconnection or manipulation of any security device, phone or communication device.
Guests must treat my home with respect. Guests should keep the place as clean as possible and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage bins outside before the smell fills my home.
Quiet hours are in effect from 11 pm to 7a.m.
There is a city ordinance that any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily.
Please do not do not throw diapers or feminine pads in the toilet.
If you have a complain we are authorized to enter in the property to fix the issue a fast as possible.
Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of the guest’s reservation. Therefor you shall be considered trespassing, immediately you should vacate the property without refund.
You agree to all Terms and Service on your channel reservation and should have a valid working phone number. If you do not have a working phone number and we attempt to contact you before your reservation we can remove the reservation without refund for a violation of channel partner policy.

Summary: Owner was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Plenty of room for family and nice pool. Felt very private and nice to be on the water. Neighborhood was the only sketchy thing and just need child lock on doors with pool. Overall enjoyed are stay. Thanks Luis for everything.

Summary: My family had a wonderful stay at Luis and Maria's home. They were excellent hosts and were very attentive. The house had everything we needed. We love being together, playing games, and cooking big family meals. We loved being in the pool, and relaxing. We didn't make use of the bbq or kayaks, but they are available for use. The neighborhood is up and coming. It once had a reputation for being a bad area, but it has improved, and we found it to be a quiet street and had no issues. If you want an upscale experience, look elsewhere. If you want plenty of space for all the family to join you, this is a great choice. The house sleeps 14, so there's plenty of beds for all. Also, the decor is quriky and maximal, and provided some fun conversation points. Our family will remember our time here fondly. Thank you Luis and Maria for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Beautiful house minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed the river and we were able to fish and kayaking. We were more than 13 people and we were very comfortable using the double beds in the social areas. Host flexible and open to negotiate.
