Summary: The house was great and worked very well for our family. The host was incredibly good with responding to our questions. Everybody (ages 12 - 66) had a great time fishing, boating, kayaking, and being able to all be together in this well-appointed home. There is nothing better than that!

Summary: Small quaint town with friendly residents. Nice location close to local restaurants and larger Cape Coral was only 30 minutes away. Rooms were good size with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Family liked the ping pong table in the large garage. We had our boat and the canal was close to open water and Sanibel Island so we explored lots of beautiful beaches. One full bathroom was downstairs in the garage but with no air it was too hot to really use but still had 2 full bathrooms upstairs so wasn't an issue for us. Property manager was helpful and respnded quickly to messages. Would recommend this lovely home.

Summary: Brian, the owner, was extremely responsive, and helped with any questions or issues that we may have had. We couldn’t of asked for a better host. The area still recovering from the hurricane, but the house was beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. There were plenty of fun activities available including a pool with spotless water, bikes, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks. We had a great stay!

Summary: This was a great property with plenty of activities to keep our family busy. The home was immaculate and felt like home immediately. 2 high school seniors, 2 college sophomores and 2 parents all had a great time. We loved the home, pool and location. The ping pong table and kayaks/paddle boards were great entertainment. We saved by cooking some meals but also enjoyed short bike rides to the low key tiki and phuzzys bait shop. We also shuttled the group over to picnic island with our WaveRunner. The TV area was great for an evening movie. Great home for a busy yet relaxing stay!

Summary: My husband and I and our son stayed for 3 nights. The property is beautifully kept, the pool and upper deck were great places to relax. The location on the canal is great, being so close to the open water! Nice quiet little community with several casual but nice restaurants nearby. Owners were fantastic to deal with! Would love to come back :)

Summary: Myself, two adult sons and my daughters boyfriend are all avid fishermen, two of us are full time guides in Collier County. I decided that the four of us were due for a boys weekend of hard fishing and some relaxation. We launched my bayboat at a nearby ramp and docked right outside the back door of the house. Very convenient. The accommodations were perfect and very comfortable with everything one could need. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax after long hot days on the water. We caught numerous large redfish and more snook than we could count in two days fishing in Pine Island Sound. I highly recommend this property to any family looking for a getaway and would return. Summary: Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and the game room with the ping pong table was a huge hit. Pine island is a gem but it should be noted that there are not any beaches on the island. We knew this when booking so we were prepared to have a bit of a drive to a beach off island the one day we went. Lovely space with room for your family and friends to hang out without tripping over each other. Screened in porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee.
