Positive: I loved that it was a smaller property. The staff was super helpful and kind. The property was clean and well kept. Everything in the room worked, with the exception of the cable, but that wasn’t the property’s fault and it was fixed within hours.
Negative: The only downside was that you could hear kids above us, but it’s to be expected.
Summary: We loved it! Staff was helpful, rooms were clean.

Negative: Difficulty with steps, but next time I will request a lower entrance. A little further away from main Brandon area than I expected, but needed the down time anyways.

Positive: Excellent location! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and no issues! The front desk staff were super friendly and the property was clean and well maintained. This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again!

Positive: The staff was amazing 👏🏾! I literally booked this place because of Rockford Retreat's unprofessional management canceling me day of arrival, after a 4 hour drive. I booked and checked in 10 min later. The staff was sooo warm and welcoming to my family and I. They felt just as bad as I did, a true blessing I walked into. Everything was very clean and spacious. The balcony view was MY FAVORITE. Sun up to sun down I enjoyed that view. We hated to leave so bad but I'll check here first from now on when traveling to Branson. Thank youuu
