Positive: We stayed in a studio...with a Wall Bed. Being as we were exploring the area we just need a place to lay down at night. My hubby recently had back surgery, so no bed is really comfortable for him right now. I'm happy we stayed at this property.

Positive: Excellent location! (We’d stayed here about 20 years ago when it was the Fechin Inn.)
Negative: As a timeshare property, they were more interested in telling us what they wouldn’t do for us. Internet service (which is lousy, btw) was an extra charge. No housekeeping. Poor TV reception. No breakfast or snacks. NO seemed to be the theme of this beautiful property where we’d stayed 20 years ago. Our room (not upgradeable) had no bedside stands, an unusable kitchen trash container, and few, poorly placed electrical outlets. Four of each in the kitchen: forks, spoons, knives, bowls, plates, glasses, and cups. Not exactly generous. The trash container in the kitchenette didn’t fit under the sink unless it was laying on its side, and was always in the way if it wasn’t under the sink (hence, unusable). No surface burner or pots and pans, yet a full-size blender tucked into a high shelf that I couldn’t reach. Bugs in the room and bathroom. And here’s a tip: women tend to be shorter than men. Why put cooking items (dishes, cups, flatware, etc.) on higher shelves where they’re hard to reach?

Negative: Front desk person was not the friendliest or most helpful. Didn't even know when checkout time was- had to look it up. Didn't have up-to-date info on EV charging stations.
Summary: Great place to stay in Taos- excellent facilities and great location.
