1 Bedroom House in Sabana Westpunt
The townhouse is in a nice quiet section that is a mere 150 ft. away from the pool. Perfect that it is not BUSY with people constantly walking by you as you sit\relax on the patios. Our townhouse and our adjoining neighbor is smoke free! So, no concerns with smelling or breathing smoke as you relax on our patio. For our guests to utilize, we have two beach chairs, a soft pack cooler, umbrella and two sets of masks for snorkeling. All new kitchen cabinets. Granite countertops (a first in Marazul). Large kitchen sink with HOT water. Don't laugh, most units do not have that. lol Switching to GAS stovetop for cooking. We extended the 1st floor patio area and the 2nd floor master bedroom. Our place is one of the LARGEST living space for a one bedroom. All the furniture and the Murals were all made by LOCAL artists. Newly installed awnings on both 1st and 2nd floor terraces and a sun shade canopy by the back door. The townhouse has two bathrooms, one bedroom with black out curtains. kitchen is fully equipped. charcoal grill for barbecuing. A/C on both stories and free Wi-Fi. SMART TV on 1st fl. Tv in bedroom. FULL size refrigerator\freezer. New microwave. New doors and windows with screens that actually work and open! We completely repainted all the walls and ceilings and updated all the light fixtures throughout.
The townhouse has two bathrooms, one bedroom with black out curtains, and enough space to fit one additional cot and baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stovetop, FULL SIZE fridge, new microwave, coffee machine, pots, flatware, dishes, and an outdoor charcoal grill for barbecuing. Of course, the apartment has A/C on both stories and free Wi-Fi.
We have SMART TV on the first floor and a wall mounted TV in the bedroom upstairs. Both Tv's have USB and HDMI port to connect your personal streaming device with and a DVD player. Further highlights are a private access to the sea, a swimming pool that overlooks the ocean, free parking (right next to the unit), a laundry facility which can be used for a small fee, and 24h security.
