Summary: Sheets were pretty dirty. Had to open the windows and leave when I first arrived to evacuate the smell in the room. Will find other accommodations in Morris or nearby towns when visiting the area again.

Summary: The hotel is so so. The beds were ok, not great. The rooms are dated. On the positive side, everything worked and refrigerator had a small freezer.

Summary: The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The waffle maker is always a kid favorite. No elevator but only a small flight of stairs to go up if you are on 2nd floor. They allow pets which I always appreciate. Quiet and well maintained for a small hotel.

Summary: During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small. The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted burnt. Although we were moved to a different room, additional problems came up. The microwave displayed an error code, and the coffee maker was missing the filter basket needed for the grounds. I’m sharing this feedback so these issues can be addressed for future guests.
