Positive: Great location, easy check in / check out situation, free parking included
Negative: It looks cozy and stylish on the first look but when you look closer at the details, basic things are missing and cleanliness is not the best. It sure feels quite lived up. Probably wouldn’t stay again until they actually clean everything properly and restore the things that got damaged with time

Positive: The location was amazing and the flat was really nice, clean and we loved the decore. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. It made our stay very nice.
Negative: The bathroom could be... Nicer. While I understand the water pressure isn't something that can be fixed in old buildings like this, the drains weren't cleaned properly and the shower immediately started flooding. The same with the sink. The touchpad on the main door was a struggle... The numbers weren't responding to touch that well. Once again though, that is a feature of an old building like this, and I understand the host can't do much about that.

Positive: Location - close to railway station. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very specious apartment. Netflix. Interiour, large kitchen.
Negative: As we got it with 50% discount last minute, everything was good, but if i had to pay full price then it could be better- one of the doors to the bedroom did not close. There are only 2 chairs in the kitchen. Apartment is stylish but could be done some work to renew it a bit.

Positive: Location is excellent, right by commercial centre of Warsaw, lots of places around to eat and buy food etc. Really close to transport links for bus, metro, tram. The flat is stylish and looks great, as spacious as it appears in photos. Bedrooms have lots of room and are clean and fresh. The balcony is lovely for watching sunsets over the city. Surroundings feel very safe.
Negative: Although the kitchen looks good for self-catering, and the oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc are all clean and work well, there's very little crockery and equipment - certainly not enough of everything for all 5 people. You can only do quite simple food preparation, and have to take turns with cereal bowls etc, and there aren't actually enough chairs. This would be easily improved to make it an easier stay. The main drawback to a an otherwise great flat was a very stale smell in the bathroom, which has no ventilation. This spreads to the rest of the flat if you don't have windows open. I did contact owner and she said she would get a handyman around but we didn't see any improvement. I would strongly recommend the flat if these could be sorted.
Summary: Lovely flat, great location - just needs to sort ventilation.

Positive: Great location. Quiet apartment. 4th floor, no elevator, no problem for us. Small balcony available. Beautiful view of the skyline in the evening.
Negative: The bathroom could have been cleaned better. It was only superficially cleaned, only what you can see directly. There is only one duvet!!! The apartment is for 4 people, but there are only 2 chairs in the dining area.
