Stilvolle, großzügige spanische Villa in einer ruhigen Strasse.
Entspannen Sie in unserem großen und uneinsichtigen Garten mit eigenem Pool. In 10 Gehminuten sind sie am Sandstrand.
Das Haus verfügt über 4 grosse Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Bad en suite, die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer.
Ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin und Galerie laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Eine neue, großzügige voll ausgestattete Küche erfreut alle Kochbegeisterten. Das angrenzende Esszimmer bietet Platz für 10 Personen.
Im weitläufigen, sonnigen Garten gibt es neben dem großen Pool zwei große Terrassen mit 2 weiteren Essbereichen, Sonnenliegen, eine spanische Pergola, einen Aussengrill und eine Aussendusche. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen umwerfenden 180 Grad Blick auf das Meer inklusive romantischer Sonnenuntergänge.
Unzählige Restaurants, Bars, Chiringitos und Geschäfte befinden sich allesamt in Gehnähe. Der tolle Sandstrand mit einer mehr als 15 Kilometer langen Promenade zum Spazieren und Joggen ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Für Sportbegeisterte gibt es mehrere wunderschöne Golfplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Das Zentrum von Marbella ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, das historische Zentrum von Málaga 45 Kilometer.
Den Flughafen Málaga erreichen sie in 30 Minuten.

Summary: The villa was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures suggest - it has everything you need for your stay & more. The location is ideal with supermarkets close by - be aware that the last hill back up to the villa is quite steep but it’s not too far. Maike, the host, was great and all communication was quick & clear - a great host.

Summary: This is the perfect property for a holiday with family! A grouo of 6 adults had lots of space to lounge and be together. Great space, and facilities. Fab location and the views from the top terrace are lovely! Communication and check in/out was easy and even allowed us to late check out due to our late flights home. Thank you so much! Will be back!

Summary: We have just spent a week at this villa - two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 children) and enjoyed such a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and the pool and garden was such a lovely space to relax in. We would really love to return.

Summary: The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The host was very accommodating for our early arrival and all queries were responded to very quickly. The setting was ideal for us; walking distance to several supermarkets and restaurants (we highly recommend breakfast/lunch at Los Olivios, the staff are so lovely and the food delicious!) but quiet and unoverlooked. The only suggestion we would have for the host would be an extra fan in the snug/TV room. We will definitely be returning, it was perfect!
