Positive: Amazing location and facilities at the location. Electric car charging was also economical and worked well. Went as a group of 8 families with children of different age groups. Enjoyed a lot and most comfortable ones we have been on.The houses/apartments were quite bigger than what we expected. We felt we could have stayed a couple of more days as well. I will look forward to returning to this wonderful property!

Negative: We were phoned prior to our stay to inform us that we had to provide photo ID when staying (not that this was a problem, but i am not used to being asked for this, i did inform the person that i was not sure what time i would arrive but hoped to be there in time for something to eat. i was informed that i could get a meal up to 8.30). When we arrived we were informed that the kitchen and bar was closed. This was not made available when booking. After driving for 9 hours, i did not want to defrost a meal that you offered to then drive to a nearby restaurant. So it somewhat frustrated me, as i would not have booked had i known that i could not get food or drink on arrival (apart from a fridge and freezer by reception).
Summary: Good clean room, plenty of space. But annoyed at the fact no food or drink.
