Summary: The hotel is top notch. Excellent in every way. Immaculate throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again when in the Cheshire area. Highly recommended

Summary: The room was a little disappointing. Seemed to have a big space in one corner which previously contained furniture. Besides the bed we had one chair and a dressing table. No fan or air-con despite the heat. We visited in March and the room was much nicer.

Summary: Two day stay, lovely staff, good breakfast and beautiful grounds but no change of towels or room cleaning during the stay and the Electric Vehicle charging kept cutting out and failed to fully charge which was very problematic

Summary: Disappointing! No heating on arrival, it was attended to but continued to be more off than on throughout our stay! It was freezing in the restaurant and were reminded to leave as breakfast was over at 9.30am, not what you expect in a supposedly high rated hotel!!! Coffee machines switched off no bread for toast, staff not happy. As we saw after leaving the staff were then having their breakfast so obviously we were holding them up!!! Not impressed!!
