Negative: Pool always unavailable for cleaning on this stay and our very first stay for most of our stay. Only two elevators both were slow and small when you tried to use the freight elevator they said was only for staff they hounded you. The view would have been better if they cleaned their outside windows more. The hallway carpets are old and smell. You have to pay extra for parking at this hotel. The cleaning crew never restocked our toilet paper we had to go get our owner from the store. Hotel is getting worn looking and the pool tiles missing

Negative: Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the amenities. The whole reason why we got the room the pool and the Jacuzzi had absolutely no water in it, and the room was filthy. The floors are sticky. There was hair on the wall and inside the shower stall. There was a tampon wrapper, some rubber bands, and a toothbrush that did not belong to us. Let me not mention how the front door to our room wouldn’t stay shut and then she closed it through the inside and locked it so they had to change our rooms.
Summary: Was very disappointed would we give it another try not so sure!!!! it was not worth the money that was spent for the one

Positive: The staff are extremely slow but nice. The staff at check-in wasn’t helpful, did not convey the parking process; payment and tag procedures. I had to stand in line 3 times at the front lobby seeking correct parking info.
Negative: Properly educate employees to insure all guest know what to do at check in for parking and who can accurately communicate. My ocean front balcony was in need of extreme repairs and a good paint job. My room needed unstained furniture.
