Summary: The service, staff, and hotel property at the Costa del Sol hotel in San Isidro, Peru is above amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice area. It’s a very walkable community and close to Mira Flores and the beach. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’ll be spending time near Lima.

Summary: When I first entered the lobby, I was greeted rather coldly by the front desk staff. It felt as though I was being judged, perhaps due to assumptions about my background or status. However, after I ordered an expensive meal at the bar and returned with my reservation number, her demeanor noticeably shifted. At that point, I opted to be assisted by a different staff member. First impressions matter, and I believe every guest should be treated with the same courtesy and respect, regardless of appearance or perceived status.

Summary: Mostly a positive stay, but the pillows were all lumpy. I was also put on the 12th floor and on Friday night was a party on the rooftop until 2am. It was so loud and it sounded like people were dancing in my room. If you are going to have guests staying the floor below, the music must be turned off by 12pm. I got little sleep that night, especially before my long-haul flight.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Jorge in the lounge bar was very friendly, courteous and efficient. The dining room staff was also very efficient and professional. Would recommend this hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming.
