Summary: The price was 5 times the normal rate. The bathroom towel rack was missing screws and was loose. The shower head was loose and dirty. The body wash bottle was empty. The Conditioner bottle was missing. There was not any coffee at 8:45am and most of the food was gone.

Summary: We had to ask for another room. That room was filthy. The curtains were hanging off the windows, TV didn't work, the roomed had stains everywhere. The second room had stains and old garage in the closet.

Summary: Outdated everything. Tv in one of my groups rooms wouldn’t function (had 3 + remotes that did nothing). Front desk instead of fixing gave me another room as solution. All tvs in rooms are horribly old , shower pressure was not good, the doors to the rooms need to be looked at as we had to get replacement keys often during our quick stay as the locks did not function properly. Two elevators both big enough for one person and luggage seem pointless so we all waited for the one normal size elevator

Summary: Everything was clean however things needed repairs. Hole in wall from door handle, peeling paint. Non slip built in inside the shower looked old/dirty. Decent breakfast. Curtains were stained and torn at the hem.

Summary: This hotel was good for just passing through. If I had to stay more then 10 hours I would have left. The rooms were clean on the surface. I have stayed in much worse but this was OK for what I needed it for and that was sleep and then back on the road. The property needs a huge update. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly and kind.

Summary: There was a sign on the front desk when we got there that said Agent away from desk have a seat and wait a while. Someone from Housekeeping noticed us, went to an office came back and said he will be out in few minutes. After a 15 minute wait and calling the front desk he came out and said he was in a meeting that is why the sign is there. Then instead of checking us in right away he walked over to see what packages had been delivered. Once in the room we found our TV not working. I will never stay at this location again

Summary: The staff was courteous and nice. The rug however, smelled of smoke and I needed to have my key card reset three times.

Summary: Yes. The heater in the room did not work on Automatic cycle. Trash can was definitely way to small. Micowave needed to be larger. Staff were all outstanding. Bed was extremely comfortable and had high quality sheets.
