Summary: We needed a place to stay because we were stuck in Chicago for the night. We had hoped there was a bar, but it was closed. Also, it wasn't in any kind of neighborhood. The room was ok. Really, everything was ok, but it wasn't that great. Felt like an old, tired hotel.

Summary: Apparently, you were supposed to call the front desk and request maid attention if you wanted it. I was there 3 nights - the trash never got dumped, no used/wet towels picked up, no maid service at all. The door hanger just said Do Not Disturb on both sides so it wouldn't help putting that on the door front. I did mention to the maid I ran into in the hall, no avail.,
